Indoor Cycling

Performance-based indoor cycling meets the best beats in Berlin. Our classes build endurance and power, with no dancing – just focused, feel-good riding. Choose from four formats to fit your schedule and goals. Expert instructors, some of whom are actual DJs, carefully craft playlists to inspire and fuel your ride. Suitable for all levels, each session ends with an optional leaderboard so you can track your progress and celebrate your achievements. Come as you are, leave feeling stronger, and more energized than ever. All indoor cycling classes take place at BECYCLE Mitte. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. Shoes with SPD mountain click system are provided free of charge.

Ride Method

Our signature Ride class starts with a 15 minutes intro for anyone new to the studio and to cycling. The intro covers bike set-up, bike positions and all other elements to make your class experience comfortable. The next 45 minutes will be your high-intensity cardio workout. Regulars can join after the intro part! Doors open when class starts.

Ride

Our signature ride class is a high-intensity, metrics and music-driven class. Using the power of music to drive your peak performance, you will find new levels of strength with this truly unique fitness experience. We leave the weights to the gym floor and the dancing to Berghain so you can focus on diving deep into the music to propel your power output.

Ride+

An extended cardio workout with a full hour on the bike. A mix of interval sprints and high resistance fires up your heart rate, while you test your endurance and strengthen your body.

Ride30 Strength15

Flow from 30 minutes of performance-focused cycling into 15 minutes of guided strength training. This seamless blend builds endurance, tones the body, and delivers a full, balanced workout in under an hour.

Ride XPRESS

Our signature ride, distilled into 30 minutes. High-energy intervals and resistance work keep the intensity up while respecting your pace, an invigorating cardio session that fits effortlessly into your day.

Reformer

Discover the benefits of mindful, purposeful movement in our Reformer classes. Designed to strengthen, lengthen, and enhance body awareness, these sessions support every level—from beginners starting their Pilates journey to advanced clients refining their practice. Our studios provide a supportive space to build strength, confidence, and connection with your body. Reformer classes take place at our BEYOND studios. New clients are required to complete three Method classes before joining other Reformer sessions. Please note that classes are not suitable during pregnancy beyond the first trimester—see our Prenatal Policy for full details. Clients past the first trimester may only attend designated Prenatal Reformer classes. For everyone’s safety, grippy socks are required and are available to purchase in-studio.

Reformer Method

Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a slower, more intentional pace, this class develops the essential strength, control, and body awareness needed to get the most out of every session. You’ll move with purpose, focusing on proper technique and alignment to establish a strong mind-body connection and lasting movement habits. No prior Reformer experience required.

Reformer Signature

Our Signature class blends the focused precision of Pilates with the dynamic intensity of full-body resistance training. Designed for clients who are already comfortable on the Reformer, this class offers a powerful blend of strength, flexibility, and endurance work. Expect to refine your technique, improve alignment, and challenge your body in a way that’s both invigorating and deeply effective. Prior Reformer experience encouraged. 

Reformer Elevated

This challenging class is designed for experienced Reformer clients seeking a deeper challenge. Expect progressive sequencing, refined technique, and inventive variations that build strength, coordination, and muscular endurance. The pace is dynamic and engaging, yet always rooted in mindful control. You will be challenged with more complex choreography to push your limits and take your practice to the next level. Prior Reformer experience required. 

Reformer Reset

This class is a holistic reset for both mind and body, offering tension release, full-body decompression, and deep, targeted muscular activation. The slow, meditative pace helps reintegrate movement patterns and support the nervous system, leaving you grounded, balanced, and restored. Ideal for recovery, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

All levels welcome.

Cardio Reformer (Mitte only)

Our Signature Jumpboard class blends precise Pilates technique with cardio-inspired movement to elevate your heart rate while maintaining control and alignment. This dynamic workout strengthens muscular endurance and core stability, helping you build resilience and sweat with purpose. Prior Reformer experience is encouraged. 

Please wear grippy socks. Grip socks are available to purchase in studio. 
Not suitable for pregnant clients beyond the first trimester, and may not be appropriate for those recently postpartum or with pelvic floor, abdominal, knee, ankle, or foot injuries.

Prenatal Reformer

Our Prenatal Reformer class is designed to nurture strength, mobility, and breath work tailored to the unique physiological changes of pregnancy. Through mindful movement, you’ll create stability and space where your body needs it most, learn to engage your core appropriately for pregnancy, and balance length and strength in ways that facilitate easeful pregnancy and birth. This class is postpartum friendly and also welcomes non-pregnant clients offering valuable practices and education for all bodies. 

Prior Reformer experience is required. Please note it’s not advisable to begin a new exercise practice during pregnancy without previous experience. 

Mat Pilates/Barre

Strengthen from the inside out with our Mat Pilates and Barre classes – full-body, low-impact workouts that sculpt deep muscles, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Using your own body weight and minimal equipment, each session builds core stability, balance, and control for lasting strength you can feel. Suitable for all levels, these mindful, functional movements deliver maximum results with a refined, effective approach. Please wear grippy socks for safety and stability.

Barre

Our signature Barre class draws from Pilates, dance, conditioning, and yoga to deliver a functional, full-body workout. Expect low-impact movement that challenges and strengthens through pulses and holds, all set to energising, beat-driven music. Small props enhance alignment, build resistance, and increase challenge, supporting posture, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness. Great for strength, mobility, and coordination.

All levels welcome. Grippy socks recommended.

Cardio Barre

A high-energy take on our signature format, Cardio Barre is a sweaty, low-impact class blending full-body movement with bursts of dynamic intensity. Raise your heart rate, challenge muscular endurance and core stability, and keep your body moving through alignment-focused sequences and athletic intervals. Perfect for cardio fitness, stamina, and strength.

All levels welcome. Grippy socks recommended.

Floor Barre

All the burn, none of the barre. This mat-based take on our signature Barre class delivers the same intensity with a focus on strength and precision through small, controlled movements. Without barre support, expect an extra challenge to your balance, stability, and coordination. Using just your body weight and small props, this class builds functional strength and leaves you grounded and strong from the inside out. Excellent for balance, core strength, and stability.

Mat Pilates

A full-body practice grounded in control, precision, flow, and breath, our mat Pilates classes build deep strength from the inside out. Expect low-impact, functional movement that supports postural alignment, flexibility, and muscular endurance through intentional repetitions. Pilates enhances awareness, balance, and resilience in every body. Ideal for strength, stability, and mobility.

Power Pilates

This energising take on mat Pilates blends precision with power, offering a dynamic full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Expect high-intensity sequences that challenge both mind and body while staying true to the core principles of Pilates. Perfect for strength, stamina, and cardio conditioning.

Barre (with Childcare)

This is your typical Barre class with childcare included. Yes that’s right, we offer a babysitter free of charge! If you plan to bring your little one(s), please let us know in advance via email to hello@becycle.de with your child’s name and age and sign up on the schedule. Thanks!

Strength

Get ready to feel strong, sweaty, and empowered. Our Strength & HIIT classes are designed to push your limits, boost your metabolism, and build full-body power. From the explosive intervals of HIIT and the dynamic combinations in Boxing HIIT, to the low-impact yet intense burn of our signature Strength class, each session blends cardio, functional movement, and endurance training. Expect creative circuits, energizing challenges, and serious results — all in a supportive, high-vibe space. Barefoot, bold, and built to move.

Strength

Our signature Strength class focuses on low-impact intensive training to help you build strength throughout your entire body using heavier weights. Using a combination of Pilates movements, HIIT exercises, and weights this class is designed to be intense, yet, low-impact. Expect weighted circuits that challenge your entire body, creative sequencing and interactive partner workouts. Please go barefoot.

HIIT

This is one powerful acronym, standing for High Intensity Interval Training. It invigorates and energizes your entire body through short, super intense bursts of exercise. Expect squats, pushups, jumping jacks and a variety of other strength and cardio-based exercises. Please go barefoot.

Boxing HIIT

A high intensity class putting each and every muscle to work, incorporating speed work, foot work and strength skills. Prepare yourself for a host of educational, pulsating and heart-thumping exercises that will fire up your metabolism and keep it burning for hours. Please go barefoot.

Yoga

Find balance, strength, and calm with our yoga classes, designed to nurture both body and mind. From deeply restorative Yin and Gentle flows to energizing Power Flow, each session encourages mindfulness. For those seeking deeper breath awareness and holistic healing, we offer dedicated Breathwork and Soundbath sessions – perfect for restoring mental clarity and inner calm. Suitable for all levels, these classes create a sanctuary for you to reconnect, restore, and thrive.

Gentle Flow

Sometimes you need a moment. Take a pause and tune into your body, refining your technique in this alignment-focused yoga class, which combines conscious breath with mindful movement. Expect a steady balance of smooth flows and longer pose holds, gentle yet effective, slow yet strong. Each class offers a unique combination of poses, designed by our amazing teachers. All levels welcome.

Power Flow

Sometimes you’re ready to fire up. Connect with your body, ignite your spirit and flow in this dynamic class, designed to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Expect energetic vinyasa sequences, core exercises and advanced variations to deepen your endurance and expand your yoga practice. All levels are welcome, some experience recommended.

Yin Yoga

Find your zen in this meditative yoga class, that guides you into deep stretches designed to restore you both physically and mentally. Floor-based poses are held for 3-6 min, to revitalize the body’s connective tissues and calm your mind. Wear some layers to keep yourself warm. All levels are welcome.

Breathwork

Release and retune through our dedicated Breathwork class. Experience a variety of techniques designed to relieve physical tension and support the respiratory system, followed by a guided journey of breath practices. We each breathe about 10,000 liters of air daily—our primary source of energy—yet often take it for granted. Through intentional breathwork sequences, you’ll reconnect with your natural, calming rhythm, integrating physical, mental, and emotional states. This practice opens the door to enhanced mental clarity and overall well-being.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a nourishing hatha-style class. This class is for expecting mums, but also great for beginners or anyone who prefers a more gentle and relaxed slow flow. The class includes breath work, mantras, meditation and grounding sequences of asanas beneficial for the mind and body.

Soundbath

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of our Soundbath sessions, where healing tones and harmonic frequencies create a deeply restorative atmosphere. As the resonant sounds wash over you, tension melts away and your mind enters a peaceful, meditative state. This immersive experience promotes relaxation, balances energy, and supports emotional release, leaving you refreshed and centered. Perfect for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and a profound sense of well-being.

Youth Classes

Get ready to move, groove, and have fun! Our kids’ dance and yoga classes are all about exploring movement, building confidence, and letting creativity shine. With playful choreography, exciting stories, and flows designed just for young movers, every class is an adventure for body and mind.

For older kids, our Teen Pilates brings the beats, strength, and energy to help you feel strong, focused, and unstoppable.

Little Moves – Children’s Dance Class (3-7yrs)

Help your child develop their movement, coordination, and social skills — along with a deeper understanding of their body — in our new dance class designed especially for the littlest BECYCLE members.

Using simple choreography sequences inspired by ballet and contemporary movement, this class encourages children to explore creative self-expression through dance. It sows the seeds of joyful physical activity from an early age, keeping young imaginations and bodies engaged in a fun, supportive, and exploratory environment.

This is not a classical ballet class — no previous experience is necessary. Classes with 0-1 bookings by 10:00 on the day will be cancelled. Please make sure to book in advance.

Little Moves – Children’s Yoga Class (3-8yrs)

Help your child develop movement, coordination, body awareness, and social skills through our playful Little Moves Yoga class. Using imaginative games, stories, and creative sequences, children will explore yoga postures in a fun and engaging way. The class also encourages mindfulness and introduces simple meditation techniques to support emotional wellbeing. Designed to foster a love of movement and creativity, this class helps children build confidence, self-expression, and a positive connection to their bodies. It’s a joyful and supportive environment where little ones can explore and grow—both on and off the mat. No previous experience is necessary. Classes with 0-1 bookings by 10:00 on the day will be cancelled. Please make sure to book in advance.

Teen Pilates (13-17 yrs)

Pilates for Teens is all about building strength, confidence, and serious core power—while having fun. This dynamic, low-impact workout targets your abs, glutes, and every muscle in between through powerful, controlled moves that make you stronger from the inside out. Expect a fast-paced flow that sculpts, tones, and boosts your energy, all while improving your posture and flexibility.
