Our signature Ride class is a high-intensity, metrics- and music-driven experience designed to push your limits and elevate your performance. Using the power of music to drive your peak output, you’ll discover new levels of strength, focus, and endurance. We leave the weights to the gym floor and the dancing to the dancefloor — here, it’s all about the ride, the rhythm, and the results.
In addition to our core class, we host weekly themed Ride sessions that bring fresh energy to your training. From nostalgic throwbacks to genre deep-dives and artist spotlights, these special rides add variety, fun, and a strong sense of community to your weekly routine.

Reformer Pilates
We offer a diverse range of Reformer Pilates classes each designed to meet different needs and fitness goals.
What sets our Reformer classes apart is our commitment to precision, alignment, and breath. Through expert cueing and a focus on functional movement, we help you build a deeper mind-body connection and enhance the effectiveness of every exercise.

Barre
Our signature Barre class draws from Pilates, dance, conditioning, and yoga to deliver a functional, full-body workout. Expect low-impact movement that challenges and strengthens through pulses and holds, all set to energising, beat-driven music. Small props are used to enhance alignment, build resistance, and increase challenge, supporting posture, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness.

Mat Pilates
A full-body practice grounded in control, precision, flow, and breath, our mat Pilates classes build deep strength from the inside out. Expect low-impact, functional movement that supports postural alignment, flexibility, and muscular endurance, all through intentional repetitions designed to strengthen, mobilise, and stabilise your body. Pilates enhances awareness, balance, and resilience in every body.

Yoga
