Mat Pilates

A full-body practice rooted in control, precision, flow, and breath. Build deep strength through low-impact, functional movement that supports posture, flexibility, and endurance. Ideal for developing stability, mobility, and functional fitness, helping you move with greater strength and confidence in daily life and training.

Barre

What a fun and enjoyable - but tough exercise location. I was in Düsseldorf for work and wanted to go to a class. This is a great one. Cycle class was in English and instructor was really helpful for my first time.

Very good spinning studio. The place is great, so are the instructor and the people. If I want to be picky, some shoes should be replaced, and the ride "hip hop" could have been more elaborated. But if you like to ride, you must try.

I always enjoy going to the Taylor Swift ride with Kathrin and yoga/Pilates with Brianna :) the studio is super nice and the reception is always really nice

What is an infrared sauna?

An infrared sauna uses infrared light to gently heat your body directly, rather than heating the air around you. This allows for a comfortable experience at lower temperatures while still promoting sweating and relaxation.

What should I wear?

Loose-fitting, lightweight, breathable clothing such as cotton, linen or bamboo works well.

How long is a session?

Each session lasts 30 minutes. This duration is ideal for enjoying the benefits of infrared heat without overexposure, especially for regular use.

What temperature does the sauna reach?

Our infrared saunas typically operate between 60–69°C (140–156°F). The heat feels milder than a traditional sauna while still being effective.

Do I need to prepare before my session?

Preparation is simple:

  • Check in with the Front Desk & collect a towel
  • Stay well hydrated before and after your session
  • Avoid heavy meals right before your appointment
  • Wear light clothing or a towel, depending on your comfort
Is infrared sauna safe?

Infrared saunas are generally safe for healthy adults. However, if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, low blood pressure, or other medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before using the sauna.
