Reformer (Core & Arms Focus)
This is your core and upper body redefined. Expect intelligent, resistance-based movements — precise holds, controlled tension, and deep muscle engagement that goes far beyond the surface. We work every layer: abs, obliques, shoulders, and arms — sculpting strength, stability, and a long, defined silhouette. The work is intentional, the results are real. You’ll leave standing taller, moving better, and feeling the kind of earned that stays with you.
Reformer (Lower Body Focus)
This is your lower body, completely reimagined. Expect deep, deliberate movements — powerful pulses, slow holds, and a level of precision that tells you something is changing. We work every angle: glutes, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs — sculpting strength, definition, and a lifted, lengthened silhouette. The intensity is real, the impact is not. You’ll move to the beat, stay in the work, and leave feeling stronger, longer, and undeniably transformed.
