Reformer Pilates
Discover the benefits of mindful, purposeful movement with our Reformer classes, designed to strengthen, lengthen, and improve body awareness at every level. Whether you’re beginning your Pilates journey or refining an advanced practice, our classes offer a supportive space to grow your strength and confidence. New clients must attend 3 Method classes before joining other classes. Please note that classes are not suitable for pregnant clients after the first trimester. Grippy socks are mandatory. Reformer classes take place at our BEYOND studios.
Barre
Strengthen from the inside out with our Barre classes—full-body, low-impact workouts that sculpt deep muscles, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Using your own body weight and minimal equipment, each session builds core stability, balance, and control for lasting strength you can feel. Suitable for all levels, these mindful, functional movements deliver maximum results with a refined, effective approach. Please wear grippy socks for safety and stability.
Mat Pilates
A full-body practice grounded in control, precision, flow, and breath, our mat Pilates classes build deep strength from the inside out. Expect low-impact, functional movement that supports postural alignment, flexibility, and muscular endurance, all through intentional repetitions designed to strengthen, mobilise, and stabilise your body. Pilates enhances awareness, balance, and resilience in every body.

Yoga
Whether you’re seeking strength, stillness, or support, our yoga classes are designed to meet you where you are. From the energizing flow of Power Flow to the grounding calm of Gentle Flow, and Prenatal Yoga, each class nurtures the connection between breath, body, and mind. Our deeply restorative Yin Yoga class invites you to slow down, stretch deeply, and release tension through long-held poses that support flexibility and emotional balance. We also offer Little Moves, a joyful introduction to yoga for kids aged 3–8. Led by experienced teachers in a warm, welcoming space, our yoga offerings support every stage of life and every level of experience.

HIIT & Strength
Get ready to elevate your fitness with our dynamic HIIT and Lower Body Sculpt classes. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) delivers an energizing full-body workout through a mix of cardio and strength-based movements—think squats, pushups, and more. This barefoot class is designed to invigorate your body, boost endurance, and leave you feeling strong and empowered.
Looking for something more targeted? Lower Body Sculpt focuses on toning and strengthening your legs and glutes using resistance bands and joint-friendly exercises. With an emphasis on control, form, and deep tissue release, this 45-minute session enhances flexibility and mobility while supporting joint health.
