Ride Method

Start strong with a 15‑minute intro designed for anyone new to indoor cycling. Learn proper bike setup, positioning, and technique before moving into a 45‑minute high‑intensity cardio session. Regular riders can join after the intro — the Ride Room doors open when class begins.

Ride

Our signature 45‑minute ride. A high‑intensity, performance‑driven class that combines metrics, coaching, and music to push your endurance and output. No dancing, no distractions — just focused training to maximize power and performance.

Ride+

Go the distance with a full 60‑minute endurance challenge. Interval sprints and heavy resistance build stamina, strength, and cardiovascular resilience for next‑level conditioning.

Ride30 Strength15

Split your effort: 30 minutes of performance cycling followed by 15 minutes of guided strength training. A complete, balanced workout that builds endurance and power both on and off the bike.

Ride XPRESS

Short on time, high on impact. A 30‑minute version of our signature ride that delivers intensity, precision, and energy — the perfect cardio boost to fit your schedule.

Buy Credits

One credit equals one class. You can buy credits one at a time, or in packages. To get started, we recommend our First Time Special (any 2 classes for €35).


Book Your Class

Check out our schedule and book your classes online. For our Ride classes, you are required to select your bike.


Before Your Workout

Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early, if it is your first ride, to get settled and meet your instructor.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water to stay hydrated. Cycling shoes are provided.

To book a class, you must first sign up then purchase a package.

Heated Classes

BECYCLE’s Infrared classes are offered exclusively at our Mitte Brunnenstrasse studio. The infrared workout space is gently heated to 35-37°C, using advanced infrared technology to support mobility, circulation, and deeper muscular engagement. Far-infrared heat warms your body rather than the air you breathe.

Infrared Sauna

Rejuvenate your body and mind with infrared sauna heat therapy designed to promote relaxation, circulation, and natural detoxification. Our infrared sauna gently heats the body from within, helping to ease muscle tension, support recovery, and encourage a deep, cleansing sweat — all at a comfortable temperature.

Reformer

Mindful, full-body Reformer training for every level. Build strength, balance, and mobility through targeted sequences, from restorative flows to athletic sessions. Options for beginners, pregnancy, and advanced progressions ensure your needs are met. Strengthen from the inside out, sharpen awareness, and leave aligned, empowered, and ready for what’s next.

Barre

Sculpt and tone with precise movements, isometric holds, and pulses in every class. Barre fuses Pilates precision with low-impact cardio to boost endurance and strength. Standing and mat sequences improve posture, core activation, and lean definition without ballet steps. Leave stronger, lifted, and recharged to move through your day.

Mat Pilates

A mindful practice rooted in control, flow, and breath for lasting strength and balance. Mat Pilates uses functional, low-impact movement to build posture, flexibility, and mobility. Each class enhances stability, body awareness, and overall endurance. Develop resilience and confidence while moving with precision both in training and everyday life.

Strength

Transform your fitness with high-intensity, low-impact strength training. Each class blends HIIT bursts, weighted circuits, and functional drills for total-body power. Yoga

What is Indoor Cycling?

Are Indoor Cycling classes beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. Every rider controls their own resistance, and instructors provide clear guidance on form and pacing. You set your intensity, making each class adaptable to your fitness level.

What should I bring to an Indoor Cycling class?

Wear workout clothes and bring water. We provide cycling shoes, towels, showers, and premium amenities — everything else is taken care of.
