Train Deeper With Heat
Heated classes at BECYCLE Mitte combine strength, mobility, and focused movement in a warm studio designed to support flexibility, circulation, and full-body performance.
Intro Offer: Any 2 classes for €35.
The Heated Experience
Available exclusively at our Mitte Brunnenstrasse studio, BECYCLE’s infrared classes combine focused movement with the benefits of gentle, penetrating heat. Warmed to 35–37°C, the studio uses advanced far-infrared technology to heat the body directly rather than the air, supporting mobility, circulation, muscular activation, and a deeper training experience.
For comfort and stability, grip socks are required in all infrared classes and are available to purchase at reception.
Please note: Infrared classes are not suitable during pregnancy. If you’re expecting, our team can guide you toward alternative class options.

What our customers say
FAQ’s – Heated Classes in Mitte
What are infrared heaters and what do they do?
Infrared heaters warm the body directly rather than heating the air around you. Similar to the feeling of sunlight, far-infrared heat creates a gentle, penetrating warmth that supports circulation, mobility, and deeper muscular engagement.
Is infrared heat/radiation safe?
Yes. The far-infrared heat used in our studio does not include UV radiation and is widely used in fitness and wellness settings. If you have any medical concerns or heat sensitivity, consult your healthcare provider before attending.
How is infrared heat different from traditional heated classes?
Traditional heated rooms warm the air, which can feel heavy or humid. Infrared heat warms the body more directly, creating a more breathable, even, and comfortable training environment.
How hot is the room?
Most infrared classes take place in a room heated to 35–37°C. Warm Restorative Yoga is slightly cooler, reaching up to 32°C.
Does infrared heat make you sweat more?
Yes. Infrared heat can encourage a deeper sweat response, even during lower-impact movement. Hydration is important before, during, and after class.
Will the room look red or feel extremely hot?
No. Infrared heat does not need visible red light to be effective. The warmth is designed to feel steady and supportive rather than overpowering. Many people find it more comfortable and easier to breathe in than a traditionally heated studio.
Is this same as red light therapy?
No. Red light therapy uses visible red light for targeted skin and cellular benefits. Our studio uses far-infrared heating to warm the body and space more effectively during movement.
Who should be cautious with infrared-heated workouts?
Anyone with cardiovascular conditions, heat sensitivity, or other medical concerns should speak with a healthcare provider before joining. Infrared classes are not suitable during pregnancy.
What should I bring to an infrared-heated class?
Bring water, breathable activewear, and grip socks. You may sweat more than usual, so come prepared to hydrate well.
Is infrared heat suitable for beginners?
Yes. Beginners are welcome, but it’s best to start at your own pace, stay hydrated, and take breaks whenever needed as your body adjusts to the heat.
