Floor Barre

All the burn, no barre. This mat-based variation of our signature Barre class delivers the same intensity through small, controlled movements with an extra focus on strength and precision. Without the support of the barre, you’ll challenge your balance, stability, and coordination even more. Using body weight and small props, this class builds deep, functional strength from the inside out.

Cardio Barre

A high-energy take on our signature format, Cardio Barre combines low-impact, full-body movement with dynamic bursts of intensity. It’s an effective, sweaty workout designed to elevate your heart rate while staying kind to your joints.

Barre Strength

Barre Strength combines the precision of barre with the power of strength training. Over 50 minutes, you’ll move through alternating strength blocks and beat-driven barre sequences designed to challenge the arms, legs, glutes, and core. The result is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that builds muscular endurance and total-body strength. This is a special Motion By Nicci format.

Mat Pilates

Grounded in control, precision, flow, and breath, our Mat Pilates classes build deep, functional strength through low-impact movement. BECYCLE’s Infrared classes are offered exclusively at our Mitte Brunnenstrasse studio. Danielle is the best trainer. Her energy inspires and gives more power. I really like that slow pace classes of Pilates with feeling every cell of the body. The studio is very modern with nice interior, showers, water station. And the lady at the reception is the cutest.
