Floor Barre
All the burn, no barre. This mat-based variation of our signature Barre class delivers the same intensity through small, controlled movements with an extra focus on strength and precision. Without the support of the barre, you’ll challenge your balance, stability, and coordination even more. Using body weight and small props, this class builds deep, functional strength from the inside out.

Cardio Barre
A high-energy take on our signature format, Cardio Barre combines low-impact, full-body movement with dynamic bursts of intensity. Over 50 minutes, you’ll move through alternating strength blocks and beat-driven barre sequences designed to challenge the arms, legs, glutes, and core.
