Reformer Elevated

For experienced clients ready to advance their practice. Expect progressive sequencing, refined technique, and inventive variations that build coordination, strength, and muscular endurance. The pace is dynamic yet controlled, challenging your focus and power at every stage.

Reformer Reset

This class is a holistic reset for both mind and body, offering tension release, full-body decompression, and deep, targeted muscular activation. The slow, meditative pace helps reintegrate movement patterns and support the nervous system, leaving you grounded, balanced, and restored. Ideal for recovery, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

Cardio Reformer (Mitte only)

Our Jumpboard‑based workout fuses precise Pilates technique with cardio intensity. Elevate your heart rate, boost endurance, and build stability without sacrificing control. Expect a fast‑paced, sweat‑with‑purpose session that strengthens and energizes.
Prior Reformer experience encouraged.
Not suitable beyond the first trimester of pregnancy or for those recently postpartum or managing pelvic‑floor, abdominal, knee, ankle, or foot injuries.
Grip socks required — available for purchase in‑studio.

Prenatal Reformer

Tailored to the changing needs of pregnancy, this class builds strength, mobility, and breath awareness to support each stage. Learn core engagement specific to pregnancy, promote easeful movement, and balance strength with release. Also suitable postpartum and open to non‑pregnant clients seeking mindful, anatomy‑informed training.
Prior Reformer experience required. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning new training during pregnancy.

BECYCLE’s Infrared classes are offered exclusively at our Mitte Brunnenstrasse studio. The infrared workout space is gently heated to 35-37°C, using advanced infrared technology to support mobility, circulation, and deeper muscular engagement. Far-infrared heat warms your body rather than the air you breathe.

Infrared Sauna
