This class is a holistic reset for both mind and body, offering tension release, full-body decompression, and deep, targeted muscular activation. The slow, meditative pace helps reintegrate movement patterns and support the nervous system, leaving you grounded, balanced, and restored. Ideal for recovery, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

Cardio Reformer (Mitte only)
Our Jumpboard‑based workout fuses precise Pilates technique with cardio intensity. Elevate your heart rate, boost endurance, and build stability without sacrificing control. Expect a fast‑paced, sweat‑with‑purpose session that strengthens and energizes.
Prior Reformer experience encouraged.
Not suitable beyond the first trimester of pregnancy or for those recently postpartum or managing pelvic‑floor, abdominal, knee, ankle, or foot injuries.

Prenatal Reformer
