Hip Hop Ride

Experience our signature indoor cycling class with a hip hop twist. Ride to the rhythms of old-school legends, trap anthems, and modern beats — from South London to South Central. Expect power, pace, and bass in a high-energy, sweat-fueled session with zero choreography. A full-body challenge powered by music and attitude. Suitable for all levels.

Buy Credits

One credit equals one class. You can buy credits one at a time, or in packages. To get started, we recommend our First Time Special (any 2 classes for €35).


Book Your Class

Check out our schedule and book your classes online. For our Ride classes, you are required to select your bike.


Before Your Workout

Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early, if it is your first ride, to get settled and meet your instructor.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water to stay hydrated. Cycling shoes are provided.

To book a class, you must first sign up then purchase a package.

Infrared Sauna

Rejuvenate your body and mind with infrared sauna heat therapy designed to promote relaxation, circulation, and natural detoxification. Our infrared sauna gently heats the body from within, helping to ease muscle tension, support recovery, and encourage a deep, cleansing sweat — all at a comfortable temperature.

Reformer

Mindful, full-body Reformer training for every level. Build strength, balance, and mobility through targeted sequences, from restorative flows to athletic sessions. Options for beginners, pregnancy, and advanced progressions ensure your needs are met. Strengthen from the inside out, sharpen awareness, and leave aligned, empowered, and ready for what’s next.

Strength

Low-impact, high-intensity training to build total-body power. Mixes HIIT bursts, weighted circuits, and functional moves to challenge every muscle while protecting joints. Creative sequencing and boxing-inspired drills sharpen agility and coordination. A balanced blend of cardio and resistance leaves you stronger, fitter, and more confident in the studio and beyond.

Mat Pilates

A full-body practice rooted in control, precision, flow, and breath. Build deep strength through low-impact, functional movement that supports posture, flexibility, and endurance. Each class enhances awareness, balance, and resilience. Ideal for developing stability, mobility, and functional fitness, helping you move with greater strength and confidence in daily life and training.

Barre

Sculpt and tone with precise movements, isometric holds, and pulses in every class. Barre fuses Pilates precision with low-impact cardio to boost endurance and strength. Standing and mat sequences improve posture, core activation, and lean definition without ballet steps. Leave stronger, lifted, and recharged to move through your day.

Yoga

Move intentionally, breathe deeply, and restore balance with Yoga. Choose from Gentle Flow, Yin, Prenatal, Power Flow, or Breathwork. Build strength, mobility, and mental calm while releasing tension and improving alignment. All levels welcome to explore mindful movement in a supportive space that fosters awareness, resilience, and inner connection.

What a fun and enjoyable - but tough exercise location. I was in Düsseldorf for work and wanted to go to a class. This is a great one. Cycle class was in English and instructor was really helpful for my first time.

Very good spinning studio. The place is great, so are the instructor and the people. If I want to be picky, some shoes should be replaced, and the ride "hip hop" could have been more elaborated. But if you like to ride, you must try.

Are Indoor Cycling classes beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. Every rider controls their own resistance, and instructors provide clear guidance on form and pacing. You set your intensity, making each class adaptable to your fitness level.

What should I bring to an Indoor Cycling class?

Wear workout clothes and bring water. We provide cycling shoes, towels, showers, and premium amenities — everything else is taken care of.

For performance or endurance goals: 4–5 rides, including a recovery day. Pair cycling with strength and mobility work for balanced results.
