Is Strength safe during pregnancy?
Strength classes can be safe during pregnancy—but please consult your obstetrician first, especially in the first trimester. Our instructors can help you tailor movements safely before the class begins.
What should I bring to a Strength class?
Just bring yourself, appropriate workout attire, and a water bottle. We provide mats, towels, hair dryers, and toiletries—plus private changing rooms and showers with premium Susanne Kaufmann products.
