Flow Yoga

Grounding Flow

This Grounding Flow Yoga class blends dynamic vinyasa with longer-held poses and deep stretches for balance and mindfulness. Designed to build strength while promoting calm, it finishes with a soothing cooldown to leave you centered and refreshed. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Slow down and find stillness in this meditative Yin Yoga class featuring long-held, floor-based poses (3–6 minutes). Targeting deep connective tissue, Yin supports flexibility, mobility, and emotional release while calming the mind. Dress warmly and settle into stillness. Suitable for all levels; no experience needed.

Power Flow

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a nourishing hatha-style class. This class is for expecting mums, but also great for beginners or anyone who prefers a more gentle and relaxed slow flow. The class includes breath work, mantras, meditation and grounding sequences of asanas beneficial for the mind and body.
