BECYCLE’s Infrared classes are offered exclusively at our Mitte Brunnenstrasse studio. Our infrared saunas typically operate between 60–69°C (140–156°F). The heat feels milder than a traditional sauna while still being effective.

Do I need to prepare before my session?

  • Stay well hydrated before and after your session
  • Avoid heavy meals right before your appointment
  • Wear light clothing or a towel, depending on your comfort
