Using free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, each class develops functional strength, stability, and stamina in a focused, supportive environment. Suitable for all levels, our expert coaches guide every session with precision and intent. Please wear supportive indoor training shoes or go barefoot for optimal performance and stability.

Strength

Our signature Strength class focuses on low-impact intensive training to help you build strength throughout your entire body using heavier weights. Using a combination of Pilates movements, HIIT exercises, and weights this class is designed to be intense, yet, low-impact. Expect weighted circuits that challenge your entire body, creative sequencing and interactive partner workouts.

Boxing HIIT

A high intensity class putting each and every muscle to work, incorporating speed work, foot work and strength skills. Prepare yourself for a host of educational, pulsating and heart-thumping exercises that will fire up your metabolism and keep it burning for hours.

Cardio Strength

This is a fast-paced, full-body workout that combines powerful bursts of cardio with targeted strength training. Each session is designed to build muscle, activate metabolism, and boost endurance — efficiently and effectively.

Expect a dynamic mix of cardio- and strength-based movements that that keep your body challenged and your energy high.

Full Body Sculpt

Turn up the intensity with this energising, low-impact, Pilates-inspired strength workout. Using heavier weighted props, this full-body class develops muscular control, resilience, and endurance through precise, intentional movement.

Heated Classes

BECYCLE’s Infrared classes are offered exclusively at our Mitte Brunnenstrasse studio. The infrared workout space is gently heated to 35-37°C, using advanced infrared technology to support mobility, circulation, and deeper muscular engagement. Far-infrared heat warms your body rather than the air you breathe.

Infrared Sauna

Rejuvenate your body and mind with infrared sauna heat therapy designed to promote relaxation, circulation, and natural detoxification. Reformer

Sculpt and tone with precise movements, isometric holds, and pulses in every class. Barre fuses Pilates precision with low-impact cardio to boost endurance and strength. Standing and mat sequences improve posture, core activation, and lean definition without ballet steps. Leave stronger, lifted, and recharged to move through your day.

Ride

High energy ride classes set to pulsing beats. Push your limits with intervals, climbs, and sprints in a club style atmosphere. Expert instructors, some also DJs, craft playlists to inspire. Mat Pilates

A mindful practice rooted in control, flow, and breath for lasting strength and balance. Mat Pilates uses functional, low-impact movement to build posture, flexibility, and mobility.
