Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a slower, more intentional pace, this class develops the essential strength, control, and body awareness needed to get the most out of every session. You'll move with purpose, focusing on proper technique and alignment to establish a strong mind-body connection and lasting movement habits. No prior Reformer experience required.

Our Signature class blends the focused precision of Pilates with the dynamic intensity of full-body resistance training. Designed for clients who are already comfortable on the Reformer, this class offers a powerful blend of strength, flexibility, and endurance work. Expect to refine your technique, improve alignment, and challenge your body in a way that’s both invigorating and deeply effective. Prior Reformer experience encouraged.

Cardio Reformer

Precision meets cardio in our signature reformer jumpboard class. Reformer Experience is mandatory! Tap into your Pilates technique for support as you raise your heart rate, challenge muscular endurance and core stability, and work up a sweat! Not suitable for pregnant clients beyond the first trimester, and may not be suitable for recently postpartum clients or anyone with pelvic floor, abdominal, knee, ankle, or foot injuries. Our signature reformer class is dynamic, invigorating, and full-body; nourishing your mind-body connection through deep concentration and control. This cross between resistance training and the precision of Pilates will challenge your overall strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance, aligning you from the inside out. Elevate your practice to the next level with precision, power, and purpose.

This challenging class is designed for experienced Reformer clients seeking a deeper challenge. Expect progressive sequencing, refined technique, and inventive variations that build strength, coordination, and muscular endurance. The pace is dynamic and engaging—yet always rooted in mindful control. You will be challenged with more complex choreography to push your limits and take your practice to the next level. Prior Reformer experience required.

Prenatal Reformer

Reformer experience is required. Our prenatal reformer classes offer strength, mobility, and breath work especially suited to provide support for the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy. Create stability and space where they are needed, learn how to connect to your core appropriately for pregnancy, and balance length and strength in ways that facilitate easeful pregnancy and birth. This class is postpartum friendly, and also open to non-pregnant clients. It offers practices and education that are beneficial to all bodies. Please note that it is not advisable to begin a new exercise practice during pregnancy without previous experience. Previous experience using a reformer is required. Please wear grippy socks.

BARRE/PILATES

Barre

Our signature Barre class tones and sculpts with small, intense moves pushing the muscles to their limit, often with a cardio aspect. You’ll tighten through pulses, holds and ab work, using your own body weight and/or small equipment. A hybrid of pilates-hiit done on the mat and standing up, you will not find many ballet moves here! All levels are welcome. Grippy socks recommended!

Mommy&Me Barre

Embrace the journey of motherhood while prioritising your well-being in our specially crafted Barre class for new mums and their precious little ones. Our program is designed to cater to the unique needs of postpartum bodies, focusing on gentle yet effective movements to restore strength, along with some exercises to do with your little ones! All fitness levels are welcome. Most suitable for babies from 4-12 months old.

Mat Pilates

Mat pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The moves focus on and build from your core, sculpting all areas and parts of your body through small, controlled movements and repetition. Grippy socks recommended!

HIIT

Invigorate, challenge and energize your body through High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Expect squats, pushups, jumping jacks and a variety of other strength and cardio-based routines for a complete body workout. Please go barefoot.

Primal Strength

This class blends mobility, balance, coordination, strength, and endurance through grounded, rhythmic movements inspired by animal flow, functional training, and tactical fitness. You'll work primarily on all fours, using bodyweight patterns that are fluid, repetitive, and deeply connected to your breath. Expect to leave feeling strong, centered, and reconnected to your body. Please come barefoot.

Our signature Strength class focuses on low-impact intensive training to help you build strength throughout your entire body. Using a combination of Pilates movements, HIIT exercises, and weights this class is designed to be intense, yet, low-impact. Expect weighted circuits that challenge your entire body, creative sequencing and interactive partner workouts.

Power Flow

Sometimes you’re ready to fire up. Connect with your body, ignite your spirit and flow in this dynamic class, designed to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Expect energetic vinyasa sequences, core exercises and advanced variations to deepen your endurance and expand your yoga practice. All levels are welcome, some experience recommended.

Breathwork

Release and re-tune through our dedicated breathwork class. You can expect various release techniques to help relieve physical tension and aid the respiratory system, followed by a journey of breath techniques. Each of us breathes about 10,000 litres of air per day, making the breath our main source of energy. Yet most of us tend to take it for granted. By performing various intentional breathwork sequences, we can get back to our natural, effective and calming rhythm. Learning to integrate our physical, mental and emotional states; opening the door to higher levels of mental acuity and physical well-being.

Gentle Flow

Sometimes you need a moment. Take a pause and tune into your body, refining your technique in this alignment-focused yoga class, which combines conscious breath with mindful movement. Expect a steady balance of smooth flows and longer pose holds, gentle yet effective, slow yet strong. Each class offers a unique combination of poses, designed by our amazing teachers. All levels welcome.
