Our REFINE Room in all our four studios, BECYCLE Berlin and Dusseldorf, and BEYOND Berlin Kreuzberg, and Charlottenburg, hosts a number of Yoga classes such as Power Flow, Gentle Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Flow, Breathe & Release and Pre-Natal Yoga.

POWER FLOW

Sometimes you’re ready to fire up. Connect with your body, ignite your spirit and flow in this dynamic class, designed to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Expect energetic vinyasa sequences, core exercises and advanced variations to deepen your endurance and expand your yoga practice. All levels are welcome, some experience recommended.



GENTLE FLOW

Sometimes you need a moment. Take a pause and tune into your body, refining your technique in this alignment-focused yoga class, which combines conscious breath with mindful movement. Expect a steady balance of smooth flows and longer pose holds, gentle yet effective, slow yet strong. Each class offers a unique combination of poses, designed by our amazing teachers. All levels welcome.



YIN YOGA

Find your zen in this meditative yoga class, that guides you into deep stretches designed to restore you both physically and mentally. Floor-based poses are held for 3-6 min, to revitalize the body's connective tissues and calm your mind. Wear some layers to keep yourself warm. All levels are welcome.



PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal yoga is a nourishing hatha-style class. This class is for expecting mums, but also great for beginners or anyone who prefers a more gentle and relaxed slow flow. The class includes breath work, mantras, meditation and grounding sequences of asanas beneficial for the mind and body.



BREATHE & RELEASE

Release and re-tune through our dedicated breathwork class. You can expect various release techniques to help relieve physical tension and aid the respiratory system, followed by a journey of breath techniques. Each of us breathes about 10,000 litres of air per day, making the breath our main source of energy. Yet most of us tend to take it for granted. By performing various intentional breathwork sequences, we can get back to our natural, effective and calming rhythm. Learning to integrate our physical, mental and emotional states; opening the door to higher levels of mental acuity and physical well-being.

  • Absolutely! Our Yoga studio warmly welcomes beginners. Whether you're new to Yoga or have limited experience, our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamentals, making your journey into Yoga both accessible and rewarding.

  • Yes, Yoga can be a safe and beneficial practice during pregnancy. However, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. We offer a Prenatal Yoga class with our experienced instructors who will guide you through modified poses to ensure a comfortable and nurturing practice for you and your baby.

  • We host all Yoga classes in our Refine room. We kindly ask that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class begins. This time will allow you to comfortably use our locker rooms and store your possessions away. It's important to note that the Refine Room door will be closed promptly at the scheduled starting time, so please come early. We value the punctuality of our classes to ensure a seamless and focused workout environment for all participants. No shoes required. All equipment will be provided.

  • All you need to bring are yourself, your workout clothes, and a water bottle! The rest is provided free of charge by our studios: yoga mats, props, towels (both sweat towels and shower towels), hair dryers, and toiletry amenities. Additionally, our studios are equipped with private changing rooms and showers stocked with Susanne Kaufmann body wash & shampoo.

  • Yoga Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that seamlessly connects breath with movement. It involves a continuous series of poses, creating a flowing and meditative practice that enhances flexibility and strength.
