Anticipate a harmonious blend of fluid sequences and extended pose holds—gentle yet impactful, unhurried yet powerful. Each class features a distinct blend of poses crafted by our exceptional instructors. All levels are encouraged to join.


YIN YOGA

Find tranquility in this soothing yoga session, leading you through profound stretches aimed at rejuvenating your body and mind. Floor-based postures are sustained for 3-6 minutes, revitalizing connective tissues and promoting mental serenity. Layer up for warmth. All skill levels are invited to participate.

  • Certainly! Our Yoga studio extends a warm welcome to newcomers. Whether you're stepping into Yoga for the first time or have minimal experience, our seasoned instructors will lead you through the basics, ensuring your introduction to Yoga is both approachable and fulfilling.

  • Yes, Yoga can be a safe and beneficial practice during pregnancy. However, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. We offer a Prenatal Yoga class with our experienced instructors who will guide you through modified poses to ensure a comfortable and nurturing practice for you and your baby.

  • All Yoga classes are held in our Refine room. We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins to utilize our locker rooms and store your belongings. Please note that the Refine Room door will close promptly at the scheduled start time, so early arrival is encouraged. Punctuality is important to maintain a focused workout environment for everyone. No shoes are needed, as all equipment will be provided.

  • You only need to bring yourself, your workout attire, and a water bottle! Our studios provide everything else at no cost: yoga mats, props, towels (both for sweating and showering), hair dryers, and toiletry essentials. Additionally, our studios have private changing rooms and showers stocked with Susanne Kaufmann body wash & shampoo.

  • Yoga Flow is a vibrant yoga style that harmonizes breath with movement. It encompasses a fluid sequence of poses, fostering a rhythmic and contemplative session that improves both flexibility and strength.
