In the Reformer Room, you'll encounter a variety of classes including the Reformer Method, Reformer 360, Reformer Reset, and Cardio Reformer. What distinguishes our Reformer classes is our dedication to movement quality, precise cues for functional alignment, and incorporation of breathing techniques aimed at enhancing the mind-body connection, thereby intensifying the effectiveness of every exercise. REFORMER METHOD
This is your Reformer Carriage deep dive – suitable for all levels, emphasizing alignment, core stabilization, and functional breathing. It's the foundation for our Pilates offerings, fostering deep engagement of both body and mind. New clients should attend 3 Method classes before progressing. Not recommended for pregnant clients beyond the first trimester. Grippy socks are required.
REFORMER 360
Our signature reformer class is dynamic and invigorating, offering a full-body workout that enhances your mind-body connection. This fusion of resistance training and Pilates precision strengthens your overall flexibility, endurance, and strength, aligning you internally and externally. Prior experience with a reformer is necessary. Pregnant clients may join after a prenatal 1:1 session. Grippy socks are a must.
CARDIO REFORMER
Experience precision combined with cardio in our signature reformer jumpboard class. Elevate your heart rate, boost muscular endurance, and enhance core stability while sweating it out. Not recommended for pregnant clients beyond the first trimester, recently postpartum individuals, or those with pelvic floor, abdominal, knee, ankle, or foot injuries. Prior experience with a reformer is necessary. Grippy socks are essential.
REFORMER RESET
This class is a holistic reset for mind and body, offering tension release, full body decompression, and deep, targeted muscular activation. This slow and meditative format offers to tune up and reintegrate your body, as well as reset and rejuvenate your nervous system. Please wear grippy socks.
