REFORMER METHOD
For all levels, our reformer carriage class focuses on alignment, core stabilization, and functional breathing techniques, essential for maximizing Pilates benefits. Experience deep, precise training to strengthen both body and mind. New clients are advised to attend 3 Method classes before advancing. Not recommended for pregnant clients beyond the first trimester. Grippy socks required.
REFORMER 360
Experience our signature reformer class, dynamic and invigorating, enhancing your mind-body connection with deep concentration and control. Combining resistance training and Pilates precision, it challenges overall strength, flexibility, and endurance, aligning you from within. Prior reformer experience required. Pregnant clients may join after a prenatal 1:1. Grippy socks recommended.
CARDIO REFORMER
Experience the fusion of precision and cardio in our signature reformer jumpboard class. Elevate your heart rate, enhance muscular endurance, core stability, and break a sweat with Pilates technique support. Not recommended for pregnant clients beyond the first trimester, recently postpartum individuals, or those with specific injuries. Prior reformer experience necessary. Grippy socks recommended.
REFORMER RESET
Experience a holistic mind-body reset with this class, offering tension release, full-body decompression, and deep, targeted muscular activation. This slow, meditative format tunes up and reintegrates your body, resetting and rejuvenating your nervous system. Grippy socks required.
