All Pilates classes take place in our Refine room. We kindly request that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. This will give you ample time to utilize our locker rooms and securely store your belongings. Please be aware that the door to the Refine Room will close promptly at the designated start time, so early arrival is essential. Punctuality is highly valued to maintain a smooth and concentrated workout atmosphere for everyone. No footwear is necessary, as all equipment will be provided.
