In our BEYOND studio located in Charlottenburg, the REFINE Room hosts several HIIT classes including HIIT, Boxing HIIT, and HIIT Flow.

HIIT, short for High Intensity Interval Training, revitalizes and energizes your entire body with brief, high-intensity bursts of exercise. While HIIT primarily targets cardiovascular conditioning and fat burning, it also aids in muscle development.   • All of our HIIT classes are held in our Refine room. We kindly request that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class. This will give you ample time to use our locker rooms and securely store your belongings. Please note that the door to the Refine Room will be closed promptly at the scheduled start time, so we encourage you to arrive early. We place great importance on the punctuality of our classes to maintain a smooth and concentrated workout environment for all participants. No need for shoes; all equipment will be provided.
