Introducing our signature Barre class: Tone and tighten with pulses, holds, and ab work using body weight and/or small equipment. This hybrid of pilates and HIIT, both on the mat and standing, focuses on sculpting without ballet moves. Suitable for all levels. Grippy socks recommended!

Mommy&Me Barre

Celebrate motherhood and self-care with our tailored Barre class for new moms and their babies. Designed to address postpartum needs, it features gentle yet impactful movements to regain strength, with interactive exercises for both. All fitness levels welcome. Ideal for babies aged 4-12 months.

Cardio Barre

Experience an energized twist on our classic format with this class, delivering the same full-body sculpting alongside an intensified cardio element.
