Nadine has been practicing yoga for as long as she’s remembered. After traveling the world taking part in yoga practices, trainings (over 700 hrs), workshops, she’s found her home base in Berlin. Nadine teaches a powerful Vinyasa Yoga with flows to strengthen the body while calming down the mind at the same time. Her classes are for yogis looking to built strength and be challenged by high energy flows with a focus on breath linked with continuous movement.
