Ben is a Swiss born actor and Yogi that has been teaching Yoga for the past 12 Years. He took up the practice of Yoga after deciding that he would still like to be able to touch his toes on his 80th Birthday. He firmly believes that our quality of life is connected to how good we feel in our bodies, and that Yoga is a great way to achieving a deeper richer sense of overall wellbeing. His teaching varies from a powerful strength based practice to a more introverted Yin style class. He believes that all practice if taken too rigidly will miss the mark. That’s why one of his favorite yogic principle is: “Sthira Sukham Asanam” which emphasizes “finding the sweetness” within everything you do.
