The Role
We are looking for an experienced Studio Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our studio and lead a growing, diverse team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing teams in hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle venues, with a track record of operational excellence, people development, and outstanding customer service. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering seamless experiences — for both team members and guests.
What You’ll Do
Lead People & Culture
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of front-of-house staff, instructors, and cleaning personnel
- Create a culture of accountability, inclusion, and empowerment.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to uphold BECYCLE’s service standards.
- Conduct performance reviews, staff training sessions, and regular team meetings.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and logistics.
- Ensure high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance at all times.
- Work closely with instructors to ensure class experiences are smooth and on-brand.
- Manage stock levels and supply ordering, staying within budget.
Champion the Customer Experience
- Act as the face of the studio — cultivating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, speed, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously improve member satisfaction and retention.
Support Brand & Community Growth
- Work alongside marketing to plan and execute community events, brand activations, and in-studio promotions.
- Identify local partnership opportunities that elevate the BECYCLE brand.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, or premium service environments.
- Proven experience managing diverse teams with a people-first approach.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for operational efficiency.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Tech-savvy and confident using Google Drive, scheduling tools, and CRM systems.

Location
This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Düsseldorf, Oststrasse studio.
