Ever wondered why your energy, motivation and body feel so different from one week to the next? This Female Health Workshop is here to help you make sense of it all by giving you real, practical knowledge about your body and your cycle. 

Over two hours, we’ll explore how your hormones shift across the month, why your energy and strength naturally fluctuate, and how small changes to your training and nutrition can make a big difference to how you feel day to day. We’ll also touch on common cycle concerns like PMS, PCOS and endometriosis, so you know what to look out for and when to seek support. And to put it all into practice, the workshop wraps up with a 30-minute workout.

You can expect:

  • Cycle Basics 101 — a clear breakdown of each phase, what’s happening hormonally, and how it can influence energy, performance, and recovery.
  • Practical, phase-specific training and nutrition strategies — simple, realistic adjustments you can begin applying as early as next week.
  • A “What to Ask My Doctor” checklist + personal action plan — so you leave feeling informed, prepared, and more in control of your health.
  • Guided workout with Luisa — the session will close with a practical workout led by Luisa, demonstrating how training can be adjusted to align with different cycle stages.
