We’re BECYCLE & BEYOND, boutique fitness studios in Berlin, known for our inspiring classes, personal atmosphere, and close-knit community. We’re now ready to level up our digital marketing — attracting new members, increasing online visibility, and deepening engagement with our clients.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager (Part‑Time) who’s both creative and analytical: someone who can transform our brand story into clicks, leads, and loyal members — in a flexible, focused 3‑day‑per‑week role.

Your Responsibilities

• Shape and execute our digital marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, leads, and bookings.
• Manage our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook): plan, schedule, and engage with our community.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and track performance.
• Maintain and improve our website — update content, apply local SEO, and ensure a smooth booking experience.
• Plan and send email campaigns / newsletters to promote new classes, offers, and events.
• Collaborate with our team, trainers, and local partners or influencers to amplify the studio’s presence.
• Analyse results and share insights monthly to guide marketing decisions.

(Note: You’ll be supported by our studio team and in-house photographer for photo/video content as needed.)

Your Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality.
• Skilled with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and common CMS tools (e.g. Wix, WordPress, Squarespace).
• Balanced mindset: creative eye for content + data-driven approach to growth.
• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Fluent in English.
• Passion for fitness, well‑being, and community experiences is a plus.
