Do I need to create an account?

Yes, we ask everyone to create an account so we know who’s joining us and have your contact details. It’s required for registering, booking, and attending classes. Don’t worry — your privacy is important to us.

When are classes available to book?

Classes become available for booking 2 weeks in advance.

What is your waiting list policy?

If a class is full and you’d still like to book into it, you will be added to the waitlist.

If a spot then becomes, you'll receive an email with a link to grab your spot. The waitlist works on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are there cancellation rules for the waitlist? Normal cancellation rules apply, so manage your waitlist entries carefully.

What happens If I can’t make it on time?

We understand that unexpected situations can occasionally lead to a late arrival. However, once a class has started, we’re unable to admit latecomers. That said, we’re happy to help you explore alternative options, such as finding another class you can join.
